1. This is a subscription service and requires the bill payers permission. By using this service you warrant that you have got the bill payers permission to do so (if you are a minor, this serves to confirm that you have the permission of your parent or guardian)
2. Luckymobile is not responsible for any download failures due to network or handset issues
3. WAP charges apply and depends on your provider and will be billed for
4. Content display and use depends on your handset capability
5. Errors will be billed for
6. Artist names are used to identify the ringtone
7. Subscription charge is R7.00 p/week. All contents are FREE except true and poly tones. Users will receive 1 free true and poly tones per day and thereafter, they will be charged R3.50 per download
8. Luckymobile will not be liable for any billing events incurred due to unauthorised use of your phone – it is your duty to ensure that no one else uses your phone/SIM card to use this service without your permission
9. Airtime pins are generated on a random basis and there is no guarantee of winning any, or of winning them in a particular order
10. Content is not to be forwarded on to other people and is intended for use on the bill payers phone only
11. Any abuse of this service will result in your termination of this service
12. Luckymobile reserve the right to bar your access to this service in its sole discretion and will refund you for any outstanding days due to you if it does bar you
13. Luckymobile will not be held liable for any loss, harm or damage incurred by you as a result of using this service & that you agree to indemnify & hold Luckymobile harmless in this respect
14. You must not under any circumstances allow any other person to access this service using your handset. A breach of these terms & conditions by anyone whom you allow to use your mobile handset will be treated as a breach by you. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your handset. In the event that your handset is lost or stolen you must immediately notify your service provider of such occurrence
15. Airtime prizes are not redeemable for anything else. There are no guaranteed prizes.
16. LuckyMobile may send marketing information to users via SMS or MMS to inform subscribers of new products and services. Messages are based on previous purchases of LuckyMobile products. Users wishing not to receive these messages can reply with the word “stop” (STD rates apply)
17. These terms & conditions are subject to change at any time without notice
